The Portable ISO Rig is an accessory for your ForceDecks plates that is specifically designed to perform test types such as an Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull (IMTP), Isometric Belt Squat, and Seated Isometric Calf Raise.
Components
You will receive the following parts for your Portable ISO Rig.

Note: Your Portable ISO Rig may differ slightly depending on the model you have received.
Assembly instructions
Using the adjustable straps
- Place the base plate on a level surface.
- Use two carabiners to connect one of the adjustable straps to the base plate and the lifting bar at either end.
To open the carabiner, perform a clockwise quarter turn and push inwards. The carabiner will automatically lock again once it is closed.
- Repeat step 2 for the second adjustable strap on the other side of the base plate (if your Portable ISO Rig came with two straps).
- To adjust the height of the adjustable straps, push down on the silver clip and use your other hand to pull the strap longer or shorter.

- Insert the ForceDecks plates into either side of the base plate.
- Connect the interplate cable between the two plates.
Your ForceDecks Portable ISO Rig is now fully assembled.
Using the chain links
- Place the base plate on a level surface.
- Use two carabiners to connect one of the chain links to the base plate and the lifting bar at either end.
To open the carabiner, perform a clockwise quarter turn and push inwards. The carabiner will automatically lock again once it is closed.
- Repeat step 2 for the second chain link on the other side of the base plate.
- Insert the ForceDecks plates into either side of the base plate.
- Connect the interplate cable between the two plates.
Your ForceDecks Portable ISO Rig is now fully assembled.
Adjust the height
To adjust the height of your Portable ISO Rig for each individual you are testing, position the lifting bar at the appropriate height, then readjust the carabiners in the chain link where suitable to remove any slack from the chain.
