How much does MoveHealth cost?
MoveHealth is completely free to use for both clinicians and patients.
Who do I contact about an error or issue with MoveHealth?

I can't locate a specific exercise in Program Builder. What can I do?
There are currently over 7,000 exercises available via the Program Builder to be accessed with MoveHealth. A good way to find specific exercises is using filters, which helps you narrow down your search by category, type/aim, muscle group and more.
Missing an exercise? Contact exerciserequests@vald.com to request the addition of a new exercise.
How do I set up integration with my PMS/AMS?
If you have an existing management system with your client list, you may be able to integrate this with VALD Hub and automatically sync patient info.

Your Account
I already have a VALD Hub account that I use with [VALD system]. Do I need a separate account to use MoveHealth?
You do not need a separate VALD account if you already use VALD systems to test and collect data. You can invite profiles to MoveHealth and assign tasks all from within VALD Hub.
If Program Builder is not visible in your left-hand navigation menu, you will need to update your permissions.
My account is in trial mode. How do I gain full access?
Without any issues, your account should be approved for full access within 24 hours of creation. If your account has not been approved after 24 hours, please email support@vald.com.
Clients/Profiles
Can I import my patient profiles in bulk?
Yes. Profiles can be imported en masse following our guide: Create profiles in bulk in VALD Hub.
Can I prescribe tasks to a patient without an email address/access to a device?
Several options are available for clients without an email or access to a device to use the MoveHealth app. See guidance around creating dummy emails and printing programs here: Profile email guidance for MoveHealth.
Organization Management
My colleagues already use MoveHealth. How do I join their clinic?
If you would like your account to be added to the same organization in VALD Hub, this must be performed by an existing user with the User Management permission.
Have someone with an existing account set up a new user account, following how to Add a user in VALD Hub.
How do I add the rest of my staff to the same clinic?
To add additional users to your VALD Hub organization, follow our guidance on how to Add a user in VALD Hub.
I have a large clinic. Can I upload my staff in bulk?
User accounts cannot be created in bulk in VALD Hub. If you have a large staff base, please reach out to support@vald.com for assistance.
