In the case that your patient does not have their own email address, you can configure your MoveHealth setup to be able to support them using one of the following options.
More than one client sharing the same email
If your organization has multiple individuals registered under the same email (e.g., family members using the same inbox, or a minor without their own email address), they can access separate profiles using one singular set of login details. You, as the practitioner, can simply create individual profiles with the same email address.
For individuals to access multiple profiles in the MoveHealth app, you will need to send a MoveHealth invite to each profile in your organisation.
When logging in with a shared email if multiple accounts are available, the user will be prompted to 'Select Profile'. They can also switch between active profiles when logged in via the Settings menu.

Client without an available email address
If the client does not have an email and/or access to a device (Android/iOS) on which to use the MoveHealth application, you can still create them a profile with a placeholder email.
1. Create a profile with a dummy email
Since every profile must have an email to be valid, you can configure a 'dummy' email in order to create the profile. Ensure you choose a completely null domain, e.g., name@email.com (example only).
2. Print or export the exercise program
Use Program Builder as normal to create and assign an exercise program or template. Then, you can print a physical copy or export this to a PDF file to be distributed to the client via other means.
