Assign education topics to a profile

VALD Hub includes a comprehensive library of educational resources on topics relating to common musculoskeletal conditions and interventions. These pieces can be assigned to a patient or athlete profile through your VALD Hub account.

Once you've assigned an education topic to a profile, the individual will receive an email and gain access to the reading through their MoveHealth patient app.

View and assign education topics

Education topics that have been prescribed to a patient are viewable and managed through the Education tab of a VALD Hub profile.

To assign education topic/s to a profile:

1. From the button in the center of the page or the Actions dropdown, click Assign Education.
2. Browse the education library and select topic/s. Make use of the search filters to narrow down topics by category or anatomical area.

3. Click Assign Selected.

Tip: Press Preview to view and read the education piece yourself.

The individual who was assigned the education topic will receive a notification via email and be able to access the article via their mobile MoveHealth app.

Unassign education topics

Note that you are unable to remove an education topic from a profile if it has already been viewed.

To unassign education topic/s from a profile:

1. Navigate to the profile > Education tab in VALD Hub.
2. For any unread topics, click the X icon in the corner of the card.
3. Press Confirm on the pop-up.

This topic will no longer appear in the patient's tasks in their MoveHealth app.
