With the launch of our MoveHealth patient app, you can now send an individual's results directly to their phone. If you prescribe any exercise programs, education resources, or outcome measures to your patients, this ensures that all of their data is located in one convenient place.
How do I send results?
- Complete testing on your VALD systems and upload the testing data to VALD Hub.
- Open VALD Hub and navigate to the Profiles screen.
- Search for the profile in your list.
- You can then send a MoveHealth invite one of two ways:
Option 1 – Profiles List
In List View, click on the initials on the left to select their profile, then click the button in the top-right. You can also use this option to send an invite to multiple profiles at once, as long as they all have an email address.
Option 2 – Profile Overview
Click on their profile name to bring up their Profile Overview. Click the Actions drop-down and select the option.
Profiles must have an email address listed to send a MoveHealth invitation. If you attempt to send an invite to a profile with no email address, the button will be disabled as shown.
No email address? You can also provide a physical copy of their results through Profile Overview by navigating to Actions > Print. See more in our Print Profile Overview guide.
How does my patient view the results?
Once you send the invitation to your patient or athlete, they will need to do the following:
- Look out for an email inviting them to MoveHealth.
- Click the link in the email to activate their account and set up a password.
- Download the MoveHealth app for iOS or Android.
- Log in to the MoveHealth app and navigate to the Results view to see their in-clinic results.
