VALD Hub includes a range of outcome measures – scientifically validated questionnaires – that can be sent to patients to complete. Outcome measures are assigned to a profile through your VALD Hub account.

View and assign outcome measures
Outcome measures that have been prescribed to a patient are viewable and managed through the Outcome Measures tab of a VALD Hub profile.
To assign an outcome measure to a profile:
- From the button in the center of the page or the Actions dropdown, click Assign Outcome Measure.
- Browse the list and select questionnaire/s. Make use of the search filters to narrow down surveys by anatomical area.
- Click Assign.
Tip: Press Preview to see a summary of the survey and questions.
- Select parameters for the outcome measure.
- Side (if relevant e.g. for limb laterality)
- Start date
- Number of surveys in the series
- Recurring frequency
- When you've finished adjusting the settings, click Assign.
The individual who was assigned the outcome measure will receive a notification via email and be able to access the survey via their mobile MoveHealth app.
Monitor outcome measure progress
Clicking on a row in the outcome measures table, or pressing View via the three dots icon, brings up the current progress of the survey.
Cancel outcome measures
To unassign an outcome measure from a profile:
- Navigate to the profile > Outcome Measures tab in VALD Hub.
- Click the three dots icon and select Cancel.
- Press Confirm on the pop-up.
This survey will no longer appear in the patient's tasks in their MoveHealth app.
Note that if the individual has already completed responses to the questionnaire, the outcome measure will not be completely removed from their VALD Hub profile – this is done to preserve data.
