Part One: Remove the Outer Paddle Assembly
|
Step 1: Remove the Top Bar by loosening and removing the bolts and wing nuts at each end, then tapping firmly upward to pop it out of the frame. Set aside. |

Step 2: Flip the cam locks and rotate the Crossbar so the bottom rail faces upward. |

Step 3: Lock the Crossbar into position so it does not move. Do not remove the locking pin in the Paddle Assembly yet. |

Step 4: Use the Allen key to remove the two bolts, front and back, from the Paddle Assembly. |
|
Step 5: Unplug the cable from the Head Unit and thread the end of the cable through the grommet at the back of the Crossbar. |
|
Step 6: Tug the cable firmly to lift the cable tie mount up from the frame. |

Step 7: Remove the locking pin holding the Paddle Assembly. |

Step 8: Slide the Paddle Assembly to the wide slot and lift it out of the frame. |
Part Two: Install the Outer Paddle Assembly

Step 1: Unplug the other cable, remove the Head Unit from the ForceFrame, and set it aside. This step makes it much easier to thread the cable through the grommet at the back of the ForceFrame. |

Step 2: Thread the end of the new cable back through the grommet. |

Step 3: Reattach the Head Unit. Ensure that it has properly locked into position. |

Step 4: Attach the ends of the cables from both sides to the Head Unit. |
|
Step 5: Pull through the excess cable, insert the Paddle Assembly base into the wide slot, and slide it across to the outer edge of the frame. |

Step 6: Secure in place with the locking pin. |

Step 7: Thread the cable tie through the cable tie mount and around the cable. Zip to tighten. Trim the excess with scissors. |

Step 8: Remove the plastic strip from the back of the cable tie mount and carefully stick it down along the back edge inside the bottom of the rail. Press down firmly. |

Step 9: Check that the Paddle Assembly cable is running along the lower channel of the frame. |

Step 10: Replace the bolts into the front and back of the Paddle Assembly. Use an allen key to tighten. |

Step 11: Flip the cam locks and rotate the Crossbar down. Lock in position. |

Step 12: Reattach the Top Bar. Replace the wing bolts and wing nuts on both sides. |
