Assembling the ForceFrame
- Attach the top rail using the wing bolts provided.
- After ensuring you have at least a 1-meter radius of clear space around your ForceFrame, fold down the base plates on both sides.
- Attach the frame locking plates to either side using the wing bolts provided. These lock the ForceFrame base plate in a stable position.
You are now ready to begin testing with your ForceFrame Fold.
Optionally:
→ Fit the shoulder mount into the grooves on the base plate to support the arm during shoulder internal/external rotation testing.
→ The portable head unit can be detached from the crossbar for groin strength testing using the head unit only.
