When speaking with the VALD support team, we may ask you to confirm the serial number of your VALD system. This can be to troubleshoot issues specific to your device (e.g. calibrating a new outer paddle with your ForceFrame head unit), or to organise a replacement part with our warehouse team.
You will find the serial number on the back of the head unit on your ForceFrame system.
The serial number will be visible underneath the barcode in the top-left and will read as: "FF-xxxx", with the last four digits being unique to your device.
