When testing with ForceFrame, you can adjust your crossbar and outer paddles for the specific test you wish to perform.
You can adjust:
- the height of your crossbar
- the rotation of your crossbar
- the position of the outer paddles
Our ForceFrame Test Protocols have recommended crossbar rotation and paddle positions for guidance.
Configuration steps may vary depending on your ForceFrame model. See below for detailed instructions.
6 Paddle Crossbar (v2)

Crossbar height
- Push the orange post slider locks outward towards each post to unlock the crossbar position.
- While still holding the post slider locks in, move the crossbar to your new desired position.
- Release to lock into place.
Crossbar rotation
- Pinch the crossbar rotational handle at the top of the crossbar to unlock crossbar rotation.
- While still holding the handle, rotate the crossbar to your new desired position.
- Release to lock into place.
Paddle position
- Pinch the orange handle on the outer paddle to unlock the paddle position.
- While still holding the handle in, push the paddle to your new desired position.
- Release to lock into place.
4 Paddle Crossbar (v1)

Crossbar height
- Pull out the black indexing plungers on either side of the crossbar to unlock the crossbar position.
- While still pulling outward, move the crossbar to your new desired position.
- Release to lock into place.
Crossbar rotation
- Flip the black toggles on the top of the crossbar just inside of each post to unlock crossbar rotation.
- Rotate the crossbar to your new desired position.
- Flip the black toggles back to their original orientation to lock into place.
Paddle position
- Pull out the black pin to unlock the outer paddle position.
- Carefully move the outer paddle to your new desired location.
- Replace the black pin in the new position to lock into place.
- Repeat with the other outer paddle if required.
