Pogozo Integration

Integrating Pogozo with VALD Hub will allow you to directly access a VALD profile from within your Pogozo practice management system. Once the integration has been set up, client profiles in Pogozo can be synced with your VALD Hub account.

How the integration works

When creating and editing client profiles in Pogozo, the details can be synced across to VALD Hub. This integration includes a one-way sync (Pogozo → VALD Hub) of client information. Once this has been set up, it is recommended to only create and update client details in Pogozo to avoid data being overwritten.

Set up the integration

1. Log in to your VALD Hub account and navigate to Management > Organisation.
2. Highlight and copy your Organisation ID.

3. Log in to your Pogozo account and navigate to Settings > Business > Integrations.
4. Under Available integrations, switch the VALD toggle to the ON position.

5. In the pop-up, paste your Organisation ID and hit Submit.

5. Email support@vald.com to notify us that you have initiated a new Pogozo integration.
   Pogozo makes this step simple by providing a complete email template for you to send to VALD support. After saving your organization ID, an additional box will appear where you can copy the template or open it directly in your local email application.

Once our Support team finalizes your integration, you will be ready to start syncing your client profiles. To verify that the integration has been fully set up, look for a check mark and the text VALD connected beneath VALD in Integrations.

Sync profiles from Pogozo to VALD Hub

Bulk sync (all profiles)

In the same Integrations section of Pogozo settings, you can click Sync Active Clients to perform a full sync of Pogozo profiles over to VALD Hub.

Depending on how your VALD Hub has been set up, this process has the potential to create duplicate profiles, mostly in cases where client IDs do not match. You can merge profiles in VALD Hub yourself, or contact VALD support for assistance with this.

Individual sync (single profile)

From a client profile in Pogozo, navigate to the Exercise Program tab. Click on the VALD Hub logo to open the corresponding profile directly in VALD Hub.

If the Pogozo client does not have an existing VALD Hub profile, this process will create one for them.
