TeamBuildr integration

Integrating TeamBuildr with VALD Hub allows you to access ForceDecks and SmartSpeed test data directly through your TeamBuildr account.

How the integration works

When completing tests using your ForceDecks or SmartSpeed systems, the test results are saved and uploaded to VALD Hub. If the profile name in VALD Hub matches the athlete name in TeamBuildr, their linked test data will be synced and available to view in TeamBuildr.

To properly sync test data from VALD Hub to TeamBuildr, the profile's first and last name in VALD Hub must exactly match the athlete's name in TeamBuildr.

You must have a TeamBuildr Platinum Pro subscription, and/or the TeamBuildr Sport Science add-on in order to initiative a VALD – TeamBuildr integration.

Set up the integration

To integrate your VALD Hub with TeamBuildr you will need to acquire your Region and Team ID.

1. Contact VALD support (support@vald.com) to notify us that you are initiating a new TeamBuildr integration. Our team will provide you with the correct Region for setup.
2. To obtain your Team ID (VALD Organisation ID), log in to your VALD Hub account and navigate to Management > Organisation.
3. Highlight and copy your Organisation ID.

4. Once you have the required information, log into TeamBuildr, click the TeamBuildr icon in the top-right and select SETTINGS.

5. Click on Integrations in the left-hand navigation menu.
6. Scroll down to and select against the Vald integration.

7. Select the Region from the dropdown as provided by the VALD support team, and enter or paste in the Team ID (VALD Organisation ID) from step 3.
8. Click the button.

Your VALD system test data will now sync to your TeamBuildr account, allowing you to view results collected using ForceDecks or SmartSpeed directly in your TeamBuildr dashboards.

Note: You will not be able to view results from tests performed prior to setting up this connection.
