Locate your ForceFrame serial number

When speaking with the VALD support team, we may ask you to confirm the serial number of your VALD system. This can be to troubleshoot issues specific to your device (e.g. calibrating a new outer paddle), or to organise a replacement part with our warehouse team.

You will find the serial number on the back of the head unit on your ForceFrame system. The serial number is located underneath the barcode in the top-left and will be in the following format, with the last four digits being unique to your device.
