When speaking with the VALD support team, we may ask you to confirm the serial number of your VALD system. This can be to troubleshoot issues specific to your device, or to organise a replacement part with our warehouse team.
FDLite, Mini and Max
You will find the serial number on the right side of each individual plate in your ForceDecks system. The serial number will be visible underneath the Model name.
Depending on which model of ForceDecks you have, the serial number will be in one of the following formats, with X representing numbers unique to your device.

FDLite V1 and FD4000
The serial number for V1 models of ForceDecks – e.g. FDLite V1 or FD4000 – is found in the same location under the right side of each plate. These serial numbers may adhere to a different format as per the below examples.
For FDLite V1 and FD4000 systems, you will have two plates with serial numbers each ending in M and S respectively.
