This brief guide covers the steps required to run a ForceFrame test.
If testing for the first time, refer to the ForceFrame Starter's Guide before completing your first test.
1. Log InLog in to the ForceFrame App. Your login credentials for the app are the same credentials as your VALD Hub account. |
2. Zero SensorsForceFrame zeroes itself during start up. Ensure nothing is touching the force sensors before turning the ForceFrame on, or when you click Zero Now. |
3. Connect DeviceConnect your ForceFrame to your PC or iOS device. Connect your PC via USB, or iOS device via Bluetooth. |
4. Confirm DeviceClick Device then select your ForceFrame. |
5. Select ProfileClick Profile to select your athlete/client, or Add New Profile. |
6. Confirm TestClick Program to select the test type you wish the individual to perform. |
7. Confirm PositionEnsure the individual is setup in the correct starting position. |
8. Record Position (Optional)Record test specific information to standardise future tests. |
9. Start RecordingClick the Start button to commence the test recording. |
10. Perform TestInstruct the individual to begin the test and perform the required number of reps. |
11. Finish RecordingClick the Finish button to complete the test recording. |
12. Upload ResultCheck your test data and remove (unselect) any unwanted reps prior to uploading to VALD Hub. Click the Upload button to View Test Results in VALD Hub. |
