Connect to your DynaMo

Before you start conducting tests with your DynaMo Plus or DynaMo Lite device, you will need to pair this with your smart device using Bluetooth.

Pair your DynaMo

1. Turn your DynaMo on by pressing the power button.
2. Open the DynaMo app on your smart device and log in using your VALD credentials.
3. Select the Bluetooth icon in the top-left of the home page to start searching for a DynaMo within close proximity to your device.

4. Select your DynaMo device from the list that appears.

5. You will then see that your device has successfully connected and you can begin conducting tests with your handheld dynamometer.

Having trouble connecting to your DynaMo? Turn your DynaMo off and then back on, then wait 30 seconds before attempting to pair the device again.

Connect to your DynaMo for future testing

After you have paired your DynaMo with your smart device using the steps above, the DynaMo will connect automatically in the future whenever you open the DynaMo app, allowing you to start testing immediately.

Simply ensure that the DynaMo device is turned on and not connected to any other smart device.
