To connect to your ForceDecks via Bluetooth in the iOS app:
- Ensure your ForceDecks are switched on.
- Log in to the ForceDecks iOS app on your device.
- From the homepage, navigate to Test.
- Once the app finishes searching, select your ForceDecks by tapping them.
Having trouble connecting to your ForceDecks?
Check the following if you're experiencing Bluetooth connection issues:
- Have you installed the latest ForceDecks firmware?
- Is your ForceDecks model Bluetooth-compatible (FDMini, FDLite V2, FDMax)?
- Are you using a compatible iOS device?
- Are you near enough to the ForceDecks plates?
- Are your ForceDecks turned on?
- Are your ForceDecks currently paired with another iOS device or computer?
- Is your sampling rate set no higher than 500 Hz?
Ensure you remain near the ForceDecks the entire time while testing to maintain a strong Bluetooth connection. If you do experience any disruption to the connection, you will see the following notifications on the testing screen.
