Have questions or need help with your VALD technology? Depending on the size of your screen, you can find Quick Links on the right side of the page or by scrolling down in your VALD Hub homepage.

Alternatively, access more support options using the drop-down menu, located on the top right corner of every page on your VALD Hub.

The drop-down menu contains a number of resources to assist with all your support needs, such as:

• Contact Support – Contact the VALD support team
• Knowledge Base – Find help center articles
• VALD Academy – Access video tutorials for your VALD system
• Download Apps – Download VALD apps or firmware updates
• Give Feedback – Send feedback or feature requests to the VALD team

• Post Sync Report – For users that have recently merged their ForceDecks data with VALD Hub. 
• Change Org – For users that have VALD Hub access for multiple organisations.
