If you are having trouble logging in to or using any of our VALD apps (including VALD Hub), there may be a service outage or degradation that is affecting all users.
To check for any system outages, navigate to VALD status (https://status.vald.com/). If there are no current incidents, you will see an "All services are online" message.
Any previous incidents are listed at the end of the webpage.
To stay notified of future incidents, we recommend clicking the Get updates button in the top-right. Enter in your email address and click Subscribe to be notified from the detection of an outage through to resolution.
If there are no system outages and you are still experiencing unusual behaviour when using your VALD system(s), please look through the troubleshooting articles on our Knowledge Base or reach out to our friendly support team at support@vald.com.
