Once you have created a training program, you can run a training session in ForceFrame iOS using your custom program setup.
- Turn your ForceFrame on by pressing the power button on the head unit.
- Log into the ForceFrame iOS app and select START TRAINING.
- Select your ForceFrame device from the list.
- Select the profile for the individual you will be training.
- Your available training programs will be listed here. Locate the program you are wanting to run. You can either click Start program or view program details.
- If you selected the Details button, this will show you the Training setup view where you can add new exercises, edit exercises, or reorder the exercise list if you wish, then click the Start program button.
- Before each exercise in the program begins you will see an exercise overview with Frame setup and Protocol instructions to help you get the athlete into position and perform the exercise.
- When you're ready, click Start.
- Have the athlete perform the first rep, maintaining the force production to remain in the training zone highlighted in green.
Need to edit the training zone? Click thebutton or click and drag the Training zone slider on the graph.
- After each rep there will be a specified rest period. Perform each rep as instructed in the app to complete the exercise.
- If you have more than one exercise in your training program, the next exercise will automatically be queued ready for you. Repeat steps 8 – 10 for each exercise in your training program.
- Once you complete all exercises in the program, you will see a Training Results screen.
As the athlete performs this training program over various visits, you will see longitudinal graphs and percentage change markers on the results tiles as shown above.
- Click Upload to save these test results and upload them to VALD Hub.
