Musculoskeletal
Common exercises and their variations prescribed within a rehabilitation setting, including range of motion, strength, stability, agility, neuromobilization, bodyweight exercises, flexibility, floor and small equipment exercises, mat Pilates, and yoga.
Examples:
Squat, bridge, bird dog, step ups, push-ups, plank, four-point kneeling, scapula exercises, AROM shoulder flexion.
Strength & Conditioning
Equipment-based, weighted strength, power and plyometric exercises used within later stage rehabilitation or gym-based settings.
Examples:
Split squat with a barbell, power clean, back squats, TRX hamstring curls.
Cardiothoracic
Respiratory, active cycle of breathing, FET and autogenic drainage and cardiorespiratory exercises.
Examples:
Deep breathing with cough, diaphragmatic breathing, thoracic expansion with inspiratory holds.
Neurological
Neural mobilization, coordination, balance, and proprioception exercises.

Hand Therapy
Specific hand therapy exercises including a range of specific equipment such as putty, therabar, exercise web and daily living apparatus, as well as desensitization and self-treatment exercises.
Examples:
Hand desensitization, tendon mobilization, IntrinsicsĀ strengthening, and fine motor exercises.
Yoga
Yoga exercises including props such as a yoga block.
Examples:
Advanced triangle, pigeon stretch, chaturanga, and downward dog.
Pilates
Pilates exercises including mat, small equipment, reformer, trapeze table and wunda chair.
Examples:
Mermaid on a reformer, teaser on a trapeze table, roll down, and hundreds.
Women's & Men's Health
Pelvic floor exercises in functional positions and pregnancy modifications.
Examples:
Pelvic floor activation, pregnancy sit to stand, and pelvic floor relaxation.
