Group reporting has just become even easier with new Group Dashboards in VALD Hub. Easily view results for a group of profiles by creating your own customized charts, filtering the results against both the entire group average, as well as personal averages for a specified date range.
Create a dashboard chart
- Select Dashboard from the side navigation menu to open up your Group Dashboard view.
- Click the
button to start creating a new chart.
-
Select a VALD system.
Currently, Dashboards can be created for ForceDecks, NordBord, ForceFrame, and SmartSpeed.
- Select a test type to show in your dashboard chart. You can use the search bar to find a particular test type.
- Select the metric, as well as any other information depending on your system and test type (e.g. calculation type, movement, position, etc.).
- Select the laterality you want to display. The example below is for a ForceDecks test.
- Click the
button.
Your chart will then appear as part of the Group Dashboard view. You can then click the drop-down and choose the group(s) of profiles you wish to display.
Once you have selected your group(s) and clicked Apply selected, the dashboard chart will be populated with data. Charts can be viewed as either a graph or a table.
Graph view
Table view
Each chart will show the most recent result of each profile in that group. Results can be sorted by profile name (A - Z | Z - A) or results (low - high | high - low).
If the profile is red, that suggests that their most recent result falls below their personal average for the specified date range.
If you are wanting to compare their most recent results to a different date range, you can change this by clicking on the underlined date range at the bottom of the chart, then choosing a new personal average date range and clicking Apply changes.
Edit a dashboard chart
Once you have created a dashboard, you can edit this at any time by clicking on the Settings cog in the top-right, then choosing the Edit icon.
You can then edit the test type, metrics, and laterality that is displayed. After you have updated your settings, click Update.
Duplicate a dashboard chart
Dashboard charts can also be duplicated by clicking the Settings cog and choosing the Duplicate icon.
This is helpful is you are wanting to look at the same test type but compare group results across different metrics.
Print a dashboard chart
Dashboard charts can be easily printed by clicking on the Settings cog and choosing the Print icon.
You can then physically print the chart or save it as a PDF to your computer. The printout will include both the graph and the table versions of your chart.
Delete a dashboard chart
If you no longer need a dashboard chart, you can easily delete this by clicking on the Settings cog and selecting the Delete icon.
