Locate your NordBord serial number

When speaking with the VALD support team, we may ask you to confirm the serial number of your VALD system. This can be to troubleshoot issues specific to your device (e.g. calibrating new sensors), or to organise a replacement part with our warehouse team.

You will find the serial number on the orange control module of on the underside of your NordBord. Carefully flip your NordBord onto its side and locate the sticker on your NordBord control module. The serial number is located underneath the barcode in the top-left and will be in the following format, with the last four digits being unique to your device.
