When speaking with the VALD support team, we may ask you to confirm the serial number of your VALD system. This can be to troubleshoot issues specific to your device (e.g. calibrating new sensors to your Control Module), or to organise a replacement part with our warehouse team.
You will find the serial number on the Control Module (orange box) of your NordBord. Carefully flip your NordBord onto its side and locate the Control Module at the base of the unit.
The serial number will be visible underneath the barcode in the top-left and will read as "NBExxxx", with the last four digits being unique to your device.
