If you are unable to conduct testing with ForceDecks software either on your iOS or Windows device, please follow the below troubleshooting steps.
ForceDecks Windows application
- Check that your user permissions in VALD Hub allow you to test and edit data.
- In the ForceDecks Windows application, navigate to the Options cog in the top-right, then select Credentials.
- Click Activation on the right and confirm you have a valid Activation Code, and the Days to Expiry has not lapsed. If you require a new activation code, please contact support@vald.com. Use the Copy button to copy the Licence Key into your email.
ForceDecks iOS application
- Check that your user permissions in VALD Hub allow you to test and edit data.
- Search for the ForceDecks app in the Apple App Store and confirm you are currently running the latest software version. If a new version is available, click Update.

- The serial number (FDX-XXXX) of your ForceDecks, found beneath the right side of each force plate.

- Any images and / or videos of the problem you're experiencing.
