Leaderboard is a fun and engaging data visualisation tool designed to increase group engagement by creating a competitive environment.
What is it?
Leaderboard is a result display in VALD Hub. It is a data visualisation tool that uses the results from tests conducted on the NordBord, ForceFrame and ForceDecks and assigns them a ranking according to the test type and metrics selected for the groups and profiles chosen for that Leaderboard.
Users can add a Leaderboard during testing sessions to create a competitive and exciting environment to help promote the best performance with results displayed in an easy-to-read and interpret format.
How does it work?
Leaderboard is accessed through VALD Hub. Users create a Leaderboard, add a Leaderboard Name, select the groups and system, and the tests they want to chart and put on visual display using the Leaderboard feature.
Users can customise the configuration of all NordBord, ForceFrame or ForceDecks test types and metrics for use in the Leaderboard.
Results are refreshed and updated every 30 seconds. The Leaderboard will pause after 30 minutes without receiving any new test data. A Leaderboard will automatically complete at midnight on the selected end date.
Leaderboards are restricted to a 7-day duration, starting from the selected start date and running until 11.59 pm on the chosen end date. The start date can be any date in the past or the future and the maximum period is seven (7) days from the start date.
Leaderboard results are not saved in VALD Hub; only the configuration of the Leaderboard is saved so that if you select a new group for the same Leaderboard, it will populate with results from the latest group.
Compatible VALD systems
Leaderboard is compatible with all test types on the NordBord, ForceFrame and ForceDecks.
It is currently unavailable for use with DynaMo and SmartSpeed.
