Benchmarking: How to use VALD technologies to benchmark your personnel

In this workshop, Gavin will discuss how you can use VALD systems to understand strength and performance benchmarks in your population specific to individual job roles. He explores how you can scale your test set up to enable quick data collection from one or many and how you can quickly turn around information to triage personnel at risk of injury. He then demonstrates how you can make use of normative data reports for different populations so you can compare test results against the norms.
