This article contains guidance around charging your DynaMo Lite, Plus or Max device and relevant battery information.
Charging procedure
- Plug the smaller end of the USB-C cable into the charging port on your DynaMo – where this is located will depend on the model of your DynaMo device.

- Plug the larger end of the USB-C cable into either the USB port of your computer, or a USB wall adapter plugged into a wall socket.

Important notes:
- Your DynaMo can be charged with the provided USB-A to USB-C cable, or with any other USB-C charging cable. Ensure your charging equipment used meets the minimum medical safety requirements.
- The DynaMo device will stop charging once the battery is full. We recommend completely discharging the battery before storing or travelling with your DynaMo.
Do not use your DynaMo device while connected to a charger.
Battery status indicators
For the DynaMo Plus, refer to the battery icon located in the top-right corner of the device screen.
For the DynaMo Lite and DynaMo Max, the single multi-colored LED displays the battery level of the device while connected to a charging source.

Alternatively, if you have successfully connected to your DynaMo in-app, tap the Bluetooth icon to view your connected device information including level of charge.
