When speaking with the VALD support team, we may ask you to confirm the serial number of your VALD system. This can be to troubleshoot issues specific to your device, or to organise a replacement part with our warehouse team.
DynaMo Plus
You will find the serial number on either end of your DynaMo Plus where you would normally insert attachments, as pictured below.
DynaMo Lite
You will find the serial number on the orange face of your DynaMo Lite, as pictured below.
