Starting position

1. Facing the camera, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Place your hands by your sides.

Instructions

1. Stand still until the first key moment is captured.
2. Now turn to your side, either to the left or right, facing side on from the camera.
3. Stand still until the second key moment is captured.
