TeleHab iOS and Android – Release Notes

New and enhanced features

• TeleHab is becoming MoveHealth! We're enhancing the patient experience with a brand new app. You will now see an in-app banner linking to our new patient website.
• Minimum supported iOS version will now be iOS 16. Users with iOS 15 or lower will receive an alert saying they need to update their iOS version to continue receiving app updates.

• Fixed bug where error was occurring unexpectedly when cancelling during login.
• Fixed bug where exercise and rest timers were stopping when the app was minimised.

• To reduce any confusion and streamline their experience, patients that belong to more than one provider must now select the provider that they wish to view when first logging in.

• Once logged in, you can change the provider you are viewing at any time through Settings > Change Organisation.

• Video recording toggle now defaults to for exercise programs where the practitioner has marked video recording as optional.
• Video recording can be toggled on and off through the Exercise Start screen. The toggle has been removed from the Exercise Information screen to streamline workflows.
• The Quick Complete form on the Program screen can now be closed without having to complete the session.
• To save changes to the Quick Complete form, users must select the or  button. Dismissing the form will discard any changes or updates.

Resolved issues

• Fixed bug where the buttons on the Exercise Start screen were only intermittently working for iPhone 7 users.

• Quick Complete is now available at an individual exercise level. From the Exercise Information Screen users now have the choice of either Quick Completing the exercise or entering into the guided completion flow.

• The Program Overview screen has been refreshed, updating the 'Start / Continue Session' button with two new options: 'Quick Complete' and 'Guide Me'.
  • Quick Complete provides a new, optional way to complete your session without having to step through each individual exercise. Jump straight into submitting feedback and saving the completed session to your profile.
  • Guide Me follows the same workflow as the previous 'Start / Continue Session' button, walking you through each exercise to complete your session.
• At any point during a session, you can now return to the Program Overview screen and use the 'Quick Complete' function. Any exercises completed or partially completed in the session during the 'Guide Me' workflow will be automatically prefilled in the 'Quick Complete' feedback screen.

• Bottom menu notification badges now correctly positioned on all screen widths.
• Survey slider questions text size increased.
• Navigating back from a session or program now goes to the Programs List Screen.
• Video recording is now set correctly when quick starting a program.

• Fixed issue where new devices running Android 13 were unable to install the TeleHab app.

• The Learning feature is accessed via a new dedicated bottom menu item called Learning.

Update requirement notification

Currently we support iOS devices running a minimum of iOS 12. This will soon be lifted to iOS 13.

For users running iOS 12 or below only:

You will receive an in-app notification to inform you of this change and ask you to update your device to iOS 13 or later.

• If you choose not to upgrade:
  • You will no longer be able to download the TeleHab App or receive updates for it.
  • Your version of the TeleHab App may become incompatible with future versions of our backend or APIs, potentially rendering it unusable.

• If you choose to upgrade:
  • Upgrading to iOS 13 or later with ensure your TeleHab App remains current and stable.
  • You will be able to download TeleHab from the App Store and have access all published updates.

• Programs without a specific scheduled date are now always visible on the Home Screen.
• Home Screen survey tiles now ordered by urgency.
• App initial load time improvement.

• Fixed bug where incorrect rest time values were displaying for some supersets.
• Fixed bug where the incorrect exercise video would play against an exercise.
• Fixed bug where countdown timer sound would persist after navigating away from the screen.

• Program quick start modal has been removed as the video recording can now be toggled in the exercise screen.
• Home Screen title simplified to emphasize that content scope is limited to items scheduled for today only.
• Programs not scheduled for any specific day will now also always be displayed on the Home Screen.
• Program Screen "<org name> (Active)" drop-down removed so that program list is always visible.

• Fixed bug to now correctly apply line breaks to practitioner notes.
• Fixed styling issue with the Exercise Information Screen heading.
• Fixed bug where the next question animation in surveys was the incorrect direction.
• Fixed bug where the Skip Exercise behaviour was causing some video recordings to not be uploaded.

• References to a deprecated data field have been removed.

• Exercise programs containing supersets can now be performed in TeleHab.
• Exercise information, including instructions, notes and videos, is now accessible while performing exercises - just click the new Instructions button.
• Video recording toggle is now also accessible on the Exercise Start screen.
• Start / Continue Session now goes straight to the next exercise in sequence, bypassing the Exercise Information screen - streamlining the start and continue session workflow.
• The Exercise Information Screen is also bypassed when progressing from one set, or one exercise, to another - streamlining the session workflow.
