HumanTrak Test Protocol – Lunge
Starting position
- Facing the camera, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Place your hands on your hips or let them rest by your sides.
Instructions
- Step forward with one leg, keeping your front foot flat on the ground.
- Slowly lower your weight by bending your knees and lowering your hips towards the ground as far as comfortable.
- Hold the stretched position briefly.
- Return your front leg to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
- Repeat the test with the other leg.
