If you notice that you have any pending ForceFrame tests that have not been uploaded to VALD Hub, or you suspect that you may have uploads that are missing, please reach out to support@vald.com.
They will request that you upload your local database file using the steps below so that our engineering team can investigate the issue.
Upload Local Database File
To upload your local database file, open your ForceFrame app and navigate to Settings > Settings > Contact Support > Upload Local Database File.
Our support team will reach out after our engineers are able to locate your pending or missing tests and successfully upload these to your VALD Hub account.
