HumanTrak Test Protocol – Weight Bearing Dorsiflexion

Starting position

1. Facing the camera, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands either on your hips or resting by your sides.

Instructions

1. Step forward with one leg, keeping your front foot flat on the ground.
2. Slowly shift your weight forward over the toe, moving your knee forward as far as possible.
3. Hold the stretched position briefly, feeling the stretch in your calf and the front of your ankle.
4. Return your front leg to the starting position.
5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
6. Repeat the test with the other leg.
