HumanTrak 2.0 Test: Weight Bearing Dorsiflexion
Starting position
- Facing the camera, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands either on your hips or resting by your sides.
Instructions
- Step forward with one leg, keeping your front foot flat on the ground.
- Slowly shift your weight forward over the toe, moving your knee forward as far as possible.
- Hold the stretched position briefly, feeling the stretch in your calf and the front of your ankle.
- Return your front leg to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
- Repeat the test with the other leg.
