HumanTrak Test Protocol – Overhead Squat
Starting position
- Facing the camera, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lift your arms straight up, reaching towards the sky.
Instructions
- Bend your knees and lower your body, maintaining balance.
- Lower yourself until your thighs are parallel to the ground, or as close to parallel as comfortable.
- Stand back up, using your legs and core to lift you.
- Repeat this process for the desired number of repetitions.
