HumanTrak Test Protocol – Single Leg Squat

Starting position

1. Facing the camera, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands on hips.

Instructions

1. Lean onto one foot, lifting the other slightly and keeping it behind your body.
2. Bend the knee of your standing leg, like you're starting to sit.
3. Lower yourself until your thigh is parallel to the ground, or as close to parallel as comfortable.
4. Stand back up, using your legs and core to lift you.
5. Repeat this process for the desired number of repetitions.
6. Switch legs and repeat.
