When you add new users into your VALD Hub account, they must be set up with appropriate permissions to ensure they can access VALD Hub features relevant to their role in the organisation.
This article outlines the permissions you can set for general and administrative users.
Before you begin
- In VALD Hub, navigate to Management > Users. Click
to add a new user, or click the options
menu on the right of a user and click Edit to edit their permissions.
- You must have User Management permissions to create, edit and delete users.
Access
All Categories and Groups | User will have full view and access to all Categories and Groups within your VALD Hub organisation. |
Select Categories and Groups | User will only have access to a select number of Categories and Groups of your choosing within your VALD Hub organisation. |

Data Capture Application Testing and Training Sessions | Upload test and training results within VALD data capture applications. Must be set to full permissions for DynaMo users. |
Training Mode and SmartSpeed Drill Configuration | View, add, edit and delete training programs and SmartSpeed Drills within VALD Hub. |
MoveHealth Practitioner 1 | View, add, edit and delete scheduled exercise programs, templates, Outcome Measure questionnaires and education within VALD Hub. |
