New metrics have now been made available for Land and Hold (LAH) tests, also covering Single Leg Land and Hold (SLLAH).

Stability Depth	Negative vertical displacement of the system center-of-mass at the instant that the athlete has stabilized.
Peak Drop Landing Force / BW	Peak force during the drop landing, normalized to bodyweight.
Peak Drop Landing Acceleration	Peak acceleration during drop landing.
Mean Drop Landing Acceleration	Average acceleration during drop landing.
Peak Drop Landing Velocity	Peak velocity during drop landing.
Peak Drop Landing Power	Peak power (force x velocity) during drop landing.
Passive Stiffness	Peak passive (impact) force / (change in displacement of center-of-mass from contact to the minimum value, the lowest point in the pink line during drop landing).
Landing Stiffness	Force divided by centre-of-mass displacement at the point of maximum negative displacement during landing.
Drop Landing RFD	Rate of force development from the landing to the point of peak force during the landing.

This release unifies the app interface and experience across test setups for both individual and group testing.
We've also improved and aligned the user interfaces for individual testing on iPad and iPhone app versions.
