| Patient Position | Seated on a chair with the elbow of the arm being tested resting on an adjacent table and forearm in a pronated position. |
| Contact Point | Hand attachment, gripped in a horizontal position. |
| Device Orientation | Horizontal, linked to the hand attachment at one end and anchored to a fixed surface by the Tension Strap. |
| Position of Examiner | Seated next to the patient in a position to orientate the DynaMo, instruct and demonstrate the movement. |

Elbow Extension
90 Degrees Elbow Flexion Wall
| Patient Position | Sitting upright, feet on the ground, with the arm being tested at their side, elbow flexed to 90 degrees and forearm in a neutral position, with their back to a fixed surface. |
| Contact Point | Medial aspect of the forearm, just proximal to the wrist. |
| Device Orientation | Horizontal, with the curved pad in contact with the patient and the flat pad in contact with a fixed surface. |
| Position of Examiner | Standing next to the patient in position to place the DynaMo, instruct and demonstrate the movement. |
| Instruction | Push against the pad as hard as you can. 3,2,1 - push, push, push and relax. |

Elbow Extension

| Patient Position | Seated on the edge of the bed with feet on the floor, elbow bent to 90 degrees and forearm in a neutral position. |
| Contact Point | Medial/ulnar aspect of the distal forearm, just proximal to the wrist. |
| Device Orientation | Vertical, with the palm pad supported by the practitioner and the curved pad in contact with the patient |
| Position of Examiner | Seated beside the patient, using one hand to support the DynaMo, applying upward pressure, and the other to support the patient's upper arm |
| Instruction | Push against the pad as hard as you can. 3,2,1 - push, push, push and relax. |
