The DynaMo app includes many different settings and functions that you can customise to suit your needs. The below table lists out each option housed within the Settings tab of your DynaMo app.
Default Thresholds (Strength) |
Customise the threshold used for strength tests. Any force produced below this threshold will not be counted as a rep. The default threshold is 30 Newtons, however, can be adjusted between 10N and 100N. |
Unit of Measurement (Strength) |
Customise what unit of measurement to show your results in. Options are Newtons (N), Kilograms (Kg), or Pounds (lb). This does not apply to results displayed in VALD Hub. |
Multi-Movement Test Sequence |
Customise the sequence of multi-movement tests. Options are Movement order or Limb order. |
Sampling Frequency |
Customise the rate of data transmission. The default sampling frequency for strength testing is 225 Hz. This is adjustable to as low as 50 Hz, however, the maximum sampling frequency is recommended for optimal accuracy and data capture. Sampling frequency for range of motion tests cannot be customised. |
ROM Settings | Customise behaviour for range of motion tests, allowing you toggle whether range of motion movements are automatically detected or manually controlled. |
