Seated Compression
Patient position | Sitting off the edge of the bed with feet not touching the floor, their arms crossed and hands placed on the opposite shoulder, with hips and knees each at 90 degrees flexion. |
Contact point | At the location of the achilles tendon. |
Device orientation | Horizontal, with the device and palm pad supported by the practitioner and the curved end in contact with the patient. |
Position of examiner | Kneeling in front of the patient, supporting the DynaMo Plus with both hands, behind the patient's shin, resisting posterior force. |
