Patient position | Seated at the edge of the bed, arms crossed and their hands on opposite shoulders, with hips and knees both at 90 degrees flexion. |

Contact point | Distal achilles tendon, posterior to the malleoli. |

Position of examiner | Standing adjacent to the bed on the side of the tested leg, with one hand supporting the DynaMo Lite, the other hand supporting the patient's upper leg, just proximal to the knee to ensure minimal movement. |

Patient position | Seated at the edge of the seat, with both arms relaxed on their legs or crossed. |

Position of examiner | Kneeling between the patient and a wall or fixed surface, holding the DynaMo Lite with both hands and using the elbow of their outside arm to block using the fixed surface. |
