The DynaMo app automatically updates the profile list approximately every six hours. So, a new profile created in VALD Hub (or any other VALD system app) could take some time to appear in your DynaMo app.
To force a refresh of the profile list, navigate to the Profiles tab. Pull down on the list of profiles, then release to refresh. This action might look different depending on whether you are using the iOS or Android version of the app.
This refresh can be performed every 20 seconds.

Test data not syncing between your DynaMo app and VALD Hub? You can force an update of your profile and test data from the Home tab.
Simply swipe down on the Home screen and hold for three seconds. You will see a loading indicator as per the below image.
This refresh can be performed every five minutes.
