I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?
Click “Can’t remember your password” link at the bottom of the login page. Enter the email address connected to your TeleHab profile and click “Submit”. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
I can’t see my assigned exercise program. Where is it?
Assigned programs will appear on the home screen when scheduled. If you cannot see your program, tap the ‘Programs’ tab in the bottom navigation bar and check the ‘Active’ and ‘History/Archived’ tabs to see if your program is in one of these folders.
If you still cannot see your program, please confirm with your practitioner that the program has been sent to your profile.
My camera or microphone doesn’t work for my online consultation; how do I fix it?
Press the microphone or camera button to turn access off and then press again to switch it on. If issues persist, try restarting your device and then re-joining the program or consultation.
I am unable to upload videos for my practitioner, what is the cause?
We currently do not support video uploads in MacOS Safari. Please use Google Chrome where possible, to upload videos onto TeleHab.
