The test upload functionality of the NordBord and ForceFrame iOS applications relies upon the application having an active connection (session) to the VALD Hub servers.
If you find your tests are being queued in your Upload Manager and failing to upload - this is a sign that your current session needs to be refreshed.
You can continue to test while in this state, however, your data will not be visible on VALD Hub until the Upload Status of your completed tests is registered as 'Uploaded'.
Refreshing your session...
- Force quit the application on your device. For newer model iPhones, swipe up from the bottom of the screen until you can view all apps that are open, then swipe up on the NordBord / ForceFrame application to force quit the application.
For older models, double-click you home button to display open apps.
- Disconnect and reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.
- Reopen the NordBord or ForceFrame application.
- Go back to the Upload Manager and press Upload All.
Your tests will now be uploaded to your VALD Hub account.
