The test upload functionality of the NordBord and ForceFrame iOS applications relies upon the application having an active connection (session) to our VALD Hub servers.
If you find your tests are being queued in your Upload Manager and failing to upload - this is a sign that your current session needs to be refreshed.
Please note: You can continue to test while in this state, however, your data will not be visible on VALD Hub until the Upload Status of your completed tests is registered as 'Uploaded'
Renewing your session...
1 | Return to NordBord main menu. |
2 | Select the 'Manage' option. |
3 | Select ‘Logout’. |
4 | Click the sign-in button and if prompted, log into the app with the same credentials used to previously capture your tests. Note: On successful login, the 'session expired' indicator will no longer be visible. |
5 | Return to the upload manager and click retry. |
Your tests will now be uploaded to your VALD Hub account.
