SmartHub Bootloader Mode

To upgrade your SmartHub firmware, you must firstly place your SmartHub in Bootloader Mode using the following instructions:

1. Ensure the SmartHub is turned off by holding down the power button at the base of the SmartHub until the screen goes blank.
2. Press and hold the “FLASH” and “ENTER” buttons.
3. While holding down these buttons, press the power button once.
4. Wait for the SmartHub screen to appear with “SmartHub Bootloader”, then release the “FLASH” and “ENTER” buttons
5. Your SmartHub is now in bootloader mode, ready to be upgraded.
