VALD AI gives you the ability to easily query and ingest your data straight from VALD Hub.
In the current Beta phase, its role is limited to data exploration and reporting, not providing recommendations.
VALD AI is currently in Beta and available to all VALD Hub users, unless an organization has specifically opted out.
About the Beta
This release of VALD AI is made available to VALD users via an external vendor for the purposes of gathering feedback. When using the Beta version, keep in mind that:
- some features may be incomplete, behave unexpectedly, or change over time, and
- you may encounter bugs or limitations that will not be present in the final product.
The VALD team are actively monitoring and resolving issues based on your feedback. We greatly appreciate any time and effort spent exploring VALD AI and sharing what works or doesn't.

Access and data security
During the Beta phase, VALD AI is hosted in a secure environment accessible through VALD Hub. Select VALD AI from the lower section of the lefthand navigation panel.
Upon clicking this button for the first time, you will be asked to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. This begins the process of setting up your access – the status next to the VALD AI button will change to 'Pending'. When VALD AI becomes available to you, the status will change to 'Ready'.
Usually, the setup process takes about an hour. If you are the first user in your organization to use VALD AI, it may take up to 24 hours.
When accessing VALD AI, you will need to log in using your normal VALD Hub credentials.
VALD AI can only access data from the VALD Hub organizations you are a member of, and only once VALD AI has been set up for each organization.
If you belong to more than one organization, you will need to agree to the Terms of Use and complete the setup process for each one.
