HumanTrak Test: Cervical Flexion/Extension Protocol

Starting Position	Normal standing posture Arms relaxed
Protocol	Ensure the individual is standing in the middle of the position circle. Have the individual stand straight. Click [Capture] and have the individual tilt their head forwards as far as possible by bringing their chin to their chest, and then tilt their head backwards as far as possible by looking up. Complete a total of 3 repetitions in each direction. Click [Stop] once the assessment is complete. Review instant results on right-hand side of screen.
