Create and manage profiles in HumanTrak

You can create, view and edit profiles in the Profiles tab of your HumanTrak software.

Create a profile

1. In the Profiles tab, click the button at the top of the page.
2. Enter information for the profile.
   Show Advanced fields if you'd like to add the profile to Groups, or fill out details such as Sport, Sport position, External ID or Notes.

3. When the required fields are complete, hit Create profile.

If the profile's date of birth places the individual under the age of 18 years, guardian consent will be required to switch video recording on. Another toggle will appear beside 'Video recording' for this.

View or edit a profile

1. In the Profiles view, click on a profile in the list to view its information.
2. Make any edits to the fields as needed.
3. Click Save.

Note that profiles cannot be deleted from inside HumanTrak. Instead, locate the profile you wish to delete and click the View in Hub button to open it in VALD Hub. From here, you can delete profiles if necessary.
