To create an AutoTrainer exercise program in HumanTrak:
- Log in to the HumanTrak laptop
- Click Profiles
- Click on a profile name or create a profile
- Click START AutoTrainer
- Select Plan Builder
- Enter a name for the plan
- Drag and drop exercises into the new plan panel and to re-order
- Click the gear icon for each exercise to confirm amount of sets, reps and rest time
- Click Save - to keep plan; or Click Start - to open AutoTrainer immediately and not save plan
